However you got here, I'm so glad you've made it.
Building a business can be lonely and overwhelming. Overwhelm and loneliness shouldn't stand in the way of big dreams.
That's why I do what I do. Helping the load feel lighter for creative small business owners brings me so much joy.
WELCOME
Growth isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about doing less! We clarify, refine, and make room for what's next.
Every season has something to teach us.
What are you learning from this season?
I'd love to help you find your way back to growth!
Pruning Seasons
What I didn't know then (but know now) is that sometimes old things have to be cut away to provide room for new growth.
Without being laid off, I never would have been gifted the incredible opportunities to work with clients like Walmart, Sam’s Club, P&G, Coke, Kellogg, and Pepsi. That unbelievable growth season brought me so much joy and the knowledge and experience to catapult me into a whole new world. And I've come to realize that this is how growth often works.
There are seasons when we're building, seasons when we're blooming, and seasons when we're being pruned.
Some seasons feel exciting and full of opportunity. Others feel dry, like a long spell without rain. The things we learn in one season become the tools we carry into the next.
The experiences that stretch us make us better. And sometimes, the very thing we thought was an ending turns out to be the beginning of something we couldn't have imagined for ourselves.
I was laid off from my first big-girl job out of college. It had come as quite a shock, as I was thriving and getting excellent reviews. I didn't love the job, but I knew it was a gift to work for a place with so much room for possibility. It was a year of a huge economic downturn, and the Fortune 100 company had unfortunately chosen to "restructure" my department.
That's a big part of how I approach my work today.
I love helping businesses look at where they are now, figure out what's working (and what isn't), and find the opportunities hiding in the places that may need a little pruning.
